My stay at this hotel was great for a short-term visit. While the rooms were like a sauna even with the window open, the location was extraordinary, right in the heart of beautiful historic Luzern. The service was a bit mixed with a friendly staff but some areas for improvement. The dining options, though not extensive, offered a decent selection. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, lovely, and clean, complete with a convenient coffee machine. However, cleanliness under the bed could be improved, and the size of the rooms was a bit small for my liking.
