My stay at this hotel was great for a short-term visit. While the rooms were like a sauna even with the window open, the location was extraordinary, right in the heart of beautiful historic Luzern. The service was a bit mixed with a friendly staff but some areas for improvement. The dining options, though not extensive, offered a decent selection. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having a ceiling fan was a lifesaver in the hot temperatures during my visit, though it's a shame there wasn't a view. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, lovely, and clean, complete with a convenient coffee machine. However, cleanliness under the bed could be improved, and the size of the rooms was a bit small for my liking. The service was outstanding and the staff were warm and welcoming, even providing us with a parking ticket for a day at a reasonable rate of 15 CHF. The location was perfect, close to the train station and various monuments. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a good selection of high-quality dishes.
